Napa Valley Wine Excursions is dedicated to providing the highest quality service at a very competitive rate. Below is a detailed list of our standard rates and fees. Please contact us to get a quote for special arrangements.
Pricing for our services (a six-hour daily minimum) is as follows:
For our premium SUVs, parties of four or fewer people will be charged at a rate of $80.00 per hour, and parties of five or more will be charged at a rate of $90.00 per hour.
Our Sprinter-style Transit van can accommodate larger groups at a very competitive rate. Please inquire about pricing, as the hourly rate varies based upon the time of year and the number in your party.
Please note that hourly rates increase slightly over holiday weekends during peak tourist season.
Napa Valley Wine Excursions is proud to be very transparent in our pricing. There are no hidden charges and no tax, insurance, or licensing fees, which are common with many other tour companies. We offer a simple, flat hourly rate. There is an industry-standard flat fuel fee of $25 for local Napa pickups, and the fuel/toll fee for a pickup outside of Napa County varies based on location and mileage. Tasting fees at each winery are the responsibility of the client -- typically ranging from $30-$40 per person -- and are often waived with a minimum bottle purchase. Gratuities are at your discretion for groups of four or fewer people and are greatly appreciated for excellent service. An automatic gratuity of 20% is added for parties of five or more OR for multiple-day tours.
Finally, there is a $500 minimum fee should any guest incur damage to the vehicle (exterior body damage, spilled liquids, vomit, etc.).
INITIAL BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Napa Valley Wine Excursions requires a valid credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or Amex) at the time of booking in order to secure your reservation. In the event that you must cancel your reservation 30 or more days in advance of your scheduled tour, your credit card will not be charged. If you cancel fewer than 30 days from the scheduled tour, a $200 fee per day of touring is due. You can, however, apply this fee to my services for up to one year from the date of reservation. If need be, you may also transfer the deposit to another person/group. If the cancellation occurs within one week of your reservation, then the entire six-hour minimum is due and payable, since a vehicle and guide have already been committed to you for that day, and I will have turned away other inquiries in order to plan your tour. This fee can also be applied to a future tour up to one year from the date of the reservation.
