Napa Valley Wine Excursions is dedicated to providing the highest quality service at a very competitive rate. Below is a detailed list of our standard wine tour rates and fees. - Pricing Format
- Hourly rate + 20% gratuity + fuel fee + concierge fee (if we plan your itinerary) - there are no licensing fees, taxes, or surcharges.
- Hourly rate - varies per vehicle and time of year
- SUV (ranges from $100 -$120/hr)
- Sprinter (ranges from $140-$185/hr)
- Pricing is per hour (for the vehicle, not per person) from pickup to drop-off so each group can pace themselves throughout the day as they prefer.
- 6 hour minimum - there is a six-hour daily minimum (industry standard) for us to commit a vehicle and a guide to you for the day. This allows us to put together a seamless, balanced itinerary where you are never rushed and can make the most of the day without being overscheduled. Hourly rates do increase over holiday weekends and during peak tourist season (March-November).

Additional Pricing Information
- There is an industry-standard flat fuel fee of $100 for local Napa, CA pickups, and the fuel/toll fee for a pickup outside of Napa County varies based on location and mileage (please inquire).
- Tasting fees at each winery are the responsibility of the client—typically ranging from $50-$100 per person—and are often waived with a minimum bottle purchase per person.
- There is a $750 minimum fee should any guest incur damage to the vehicle (exterior or interior body damage, spilled liquids, vomit, etc.) + loss of use if the vehicle needs to be put out of service.
Initial Booking & Cancellation Policies
Napa Valley Wine Excursions requires a valid credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or Amex) at the time of booking in order to secure your wine tour reservation.
In the event that you must cancel your reservation 30 or more days in advance of your scheduled tour, your credit card will be charged the $100 per day booking service fee only. If you cancel fewer than 30 days from the scheduled tour, a $200 fee per day of touring, plus the $100 per day booking fee, is due.
